Annual Reports and General Business

The Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each October and provides members with a comprehensive overview of the previous financial year. Formal notice of the AGM will be issued in advance, and all eligible members are encouraged to attend. Members may submit questions in writing prior to the meeting, which will be addressed during the proceedings.
